Testimonies of His Faithfulness

Here is one testimony of someone in North India saved to serve the Lord and be a Village worker for Him.

His name is Babloo and just some months ago he was called to pray for the Mother of a family in a village.  She had been ill with Diabetes and ailments largely caused by evil spirits (because of idol worship) throughout her whole body for one year and now after being bedridden for a couple of months was dying.  Babloo prayed and then brought the prayer request back to his Church prayer groups who commenced to fast and pray for her for a week.

At the end of the week instead of being better this Mother grew worse and went to the Hospital dying which she did Sunday morning.  When Babloo received this news he went to one of the prayer groups in his church area, but was too late to notify the group of praying believers of the Mother's death.  One of the ladies was praying with all her heart for the Mother so Babloo started towards her to tell her the lady she was praying for had already died so she would stop praying.  The Holy Spirit just at that point spoke to Babloo's heart not to stop her from praying for the lady so he obeyed and did not.  She prayed on mightily in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Monday when Babloo returned to the village, part of the Mother's family came and told Babloo that their Mother had come alive again in the Hospital.  That although she had died in the morning, that evening (which was 8 to 10 hours after her death) she had come alive.  They were all rejoicing and so happy.  It was true.  The Mother returned home and her family and all the neighbors and villages were amazed and happy for her and also wondering at the great power of this God who had raised her from the dead in answer to prayer.  In October, 2006 when a couple of us from AAV were visiting the Church in that area, word came that this God renovated Mother was out visiting her relatives.  She was raised from the dead, not to continue in bed, but to be up and functioning.

This marvelous event opened the ears of the villagers to the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ whom Babloo had been preaching about.  A nearby village was positively effected also.  Of course the lady and her daughter came to Jesus to receive Him as their Saviour as well as some family members and friends.  This is a area of strict Hindus who cause much persecution so even with much interest,it is very carefully that the people listen.  Please pray for Babloo and his continued outreach in this Hindu Village.  Also, please pray someone, ones, or Church will adopt him and this village so that he can not just come and go to witness, but can actually live there to minister full time to the village and to the ones nearby.

How wonderful is our Lord, His power has not changed.  Jesus Christ is indeed the same yesterday, today, and forever as the Bible, the precious Word of God says.
